Payment Information:

Maule Air, Inc. requires a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the retail price of the aircraft for each aircraft ordered ($100,000.00 for Turbine Models). Payment is due in full upon completion of aircraft via either a draw against an acceptable Bank Letter of Credit or Wire Transfer. We will accept personal checks for down payment only, drawn on a U.S. bank.
 

Important Notice: Please provide aircraft specifications with interior and exterior colors with your deposit. Production of aircraft will not begin until all specifications have been submitted.

Maule Air, Inc. will not accept personal checks on the balance due. We ask that you please follow the payment instructions below. (Letter of Credit Not Accepted)

Maule Air, Inc. requires payment for the balance due as follows:

Draw Against a Bank Letter of Credit

Wire Funds Transfer: Wiring instructions available at time of order placement.

Funds & Insurance: For your convenience, please have your funds and insurance in order before you arrive at the factory for aircraft pick up. We require payment in full before release of the aircraft. Aircraft being delivered must be paid in full before leaving the factory.

Important Notice: Please give correct name and address for the Aircraft Bill of Sale, Registration, Invoice and all paperwork pertaining to the aircraft when placing and order. All aircraft purchased and to remain in the United States must be registered with the Federal Aviation Administration in Oklahoma City.

If your are unable to pick up your aircraft within 3 days after it is completed, you will be requested to send payment for the balance in advance.

Each aircraft is delivered with 73 gallons of fuel.

Flight Instruction: A 30 minute check out is included with each new aircraft. If you are in need of flight instruction, please contact Maule Flight, Inc. at 229-985-6197. They can provide any training or certification you may need for flying Maule planes, and are located near the factory. You may also visit their website at www.mauleflight.com. Maule Flight, Inc. is a separate company, and their services are provided at an additional cost, payable directly to them.
