Once the fuselage is covered with the Ceconite skin, it receives a urethane primer, and then goes on to other areas of the plant where components, wiring, instrumentation, and cables are installed. This closeup shows the installed engine before the prop is installed.
Here is a shot from the inside of a fuselage after controls and instruments are installed, and before the interior is put in place.

At this stage, workers install the Lexan windshield using rivets, fasteners, and sealers.

Looking aft through the bare fuselage, the battery and inner structure can be seen.

Here in the wing shop, the basic structure of the wing comes together. Aluminum sections are assembled after lightening holes have been punched, and primer coating has been applied.

Prior to painting, the engine, doors, cowling, and landing gear are installed, and associated wiring and tubing is plumbed. Brakes are also installed, as well as control cables for the rudder and stabilizer.
